The medium roast level preserves the delicate nuances of the beans, resulting in a light and crisp body with a refreshing finish. The bright acidity adds a touch of liveliness to each sip.

Grown in the highlands of Sierra Apaneca Ilamatepec in El Salvador, the Diamante beans come from regions near the Santa Ana, Izalco, Las Ninfas, and Laguna Verde volcanoes, as well as the mountains of El Aguila, Los Naranjos, and Malacara. The coffee farms in this region are located at altitudes between 800 and 1,500 metres above sea level, creating ideal growing conditions for high-quality beans.
